8-week Strength Building Plan and Images (Day 1 of 3)
My dear lifters,
As promised, here is the Day 1 training plan for the next 8 weeks.
This plan is to be done on the days when the club is not on.
I also prepared images that show what each exercise looks like, start to finish.
The RPE (Rate of Perceived Exersion) is a 0 (easy) -10 (very very hard) scale guideline, that should you to regulate your efforts.
